We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin Manager to join our team at Hikky’s Hair, a leading luxury hair salon in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled
administrator with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Summary:
The Admin Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the salon by providing comprehensive administrative, clerical, and organizational support. This role involves
managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update appointment schedules for clients and staff.
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle walk-in inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Assist with HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
• Handle general office administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer software (MS Office Suite, CRM systems).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• IT skills (proficiency in relevant software and systems)
