Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations & Compliance:
- Monitor and optimize office equipment, inventory, and supply chains to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain confidential document filing systems and update company policies in alignment with ISO standards.
Financial & Administrative Support:
- Prepare detailed expense reports, budget trackers, and presentations with statistical accuracy.
- Organize meetings, manage executive calendars, and book resources efficiently.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, department managers, and the CEO.
- Provide receptionist support and assist with ad-hoc tasks to foster team productivity.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and confidentiality skills.
- 2 – 3 years of administrative coordination experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar management.
Nice to Have:
- Membership of an internationally recognized Management/HR body.
- Experience in ISO-compliant environments.
