
Front Office Management
- Welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
- Provide administrative support via phone or email. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and direct visitors to the right person or department.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client requests and of calls received in the company database.
Office Administration
- Ensure the office is tidy and presentable.
- Handling inventory and procurement of office supplies.
Customer Service and Relations Management
- Handling stakeholder communication i.e Sms, Calls e.t.c
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service by providing sufficient knowledge to clients on Viva products.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist in the Customer on boarding process through customer interactions and relationship building with the aim of lead creation.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience department to conduct customer surveys.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in any Business Administration/ Customer relations/ orMRelated Field
- 1-2 years proven experience as an Administrative Officer, front office role,
- Customer Relations Officer or similar role
- Experience/ knowledge in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
