ADMIN/ CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER

Front Office Management

  • Welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.
  • Provide administrative support via phone or email. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and direct visitors to the right person or department.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of client requests and of calls received in the company database.

Office Administration

  • Ensure the office is tidy and presentable.
  • Handling inventory and procurement of office supplies.

Customer Service and Relations Management

  • Handling stakeholder communication i.e Sms, Calls e.t.c
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service by providing sufficient knowledge to clients on Viva products.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist in the Customer on boarding process through customer interactions and relationship building with the aim of lead creation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience department to conduct customer surveys.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in any Business Administration/ Customer relations/ orMRelated Field
  • 1-2 years proven experience as an Administrative Officer, front office role,
  • Customer Relations Officer or similar role
  • Experience/ knowledge in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
