About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Admin & HR Consultant with strong communication skills to support our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, managing HR operations, and ensuring smooth internal / external communication. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing HR processes, fostering a positive work culture, and maintaining efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Functions

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company culture.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and performance reviews.
  • Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate staff training and professional development programs.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation management.
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure proper filing of contracts, HR documentation, and operational records.

Internal & External Communication

  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Prepare company announcements, HR updates, and internal newsletters.
  • Handle correspondence with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.

HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Monitor compliance with HR policies, contracts, and labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover rates, and training progress.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, administration, or office management.
  • Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or sustainability industry is an advantage.

Key Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage HR processes and administrative operations efficiently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
