
Job Title: Accounts Clerk

Role Description:
This is a full-time, entry-level Accounts Clerk position based at Mamlaka Hub & Spoke in Nairobi, Kenya.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of merchant transactions.
- Manage accounts receivables and payables.
- Handle petty cash, including disbursements and tracking expenses.
- Support in resolving discrepancies related to payments or account balances.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions and assist with audits.
- Perform other financial and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- B.com Accounting, CPA Intermediate level, or a Finance related field.
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Proficiency in accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
