We are looking for a results-oriented Accounting and Operations Officer to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis.
Overall Objective of the Position: The successful candidate will oversee accounting duties, manage operations, and supervise the operations team to ensure seamless functionality within the organization.
Relevant Qualifications:
· You have a Degree in Business and CPA II or above. A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
· You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
· You are experienced in accounting and operations management with a strong ability to multitask.
· You have excellent organizational and communication skills.
· You have a positive attitude towards work and a strong commitment to excellence.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
· Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
· Manage accounts receivable and payable.
· Handle reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records.
· Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Operations Duties:
· Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency.
· Supervise and manage the operations team.
· Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
· Monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
· Coordinate logistics for events and training programs.
· Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
· Any other tasks related to the role as assigned.
Key Benefits:
· Salary: Kshs 30,000-45,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
