Job Summary:
The Accountant is a critical role responsible for managing CIG Motors’ financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate and timely financial data to support strategic decision-making. The Accountant will work closely with the Financial Supervisor and other key stakeholders to maintain the integrity of the company’s financial records, oversee cost control measures, and ensure adherence to tax regulations. This position demands a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles to ensure CIG Motors consistently meets its financial reporting and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accounting vouchers according to accounting regulations, ensuring that vouchers are legal, content is true, data is accurate, procedures are complete, and accounts are sound. Timely record and calculate accounts, close books on time, report accounts as scheduled, and conduct regular reconciliations (including accounts receivable and actual funds). Ensure that the provided accounting information is legal, true, accurate, timely, and complete.
- Strictly supervise business departments to comply with fixed asset management regulations, accurately calculate and extract fixed asset depreciation, prepare fixed asset entries, and urge using departments to handle the increase or decrease of fixed assets properly.
- Responsible for vehicle cost control, ensuring business departments strictly execute vehicle management requirements with detailed accounting dimensions to ensure accurate vehicle cost accounting.
- Responsible for income accounting work, ensuring timely and accurate income calculations.
- Manage accounts receivable by providing timely details of accounts receivable and urging business departments to clear receivables.
- Handle daily tax-related work for the company.
- Review daily payment and reimbursement processes according to relevant company management regulations.
- Initially responsible for completing the accounting processing work for the energy company.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Financial Management;
- Proficient in financial professional knowledge with the ability to independently complete full-cycle accounting; at least 3 years of accounting experience; experience in manufacturing or internet finance preferred;
- Proficient in computer use, especially in Excel functions and pivot table skills.
