Job Overview

As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining their financial records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Account Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice management, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including transactions, receipts, and contracts.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost savings, process improvements, and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field coupled with CPA or ACCA certification.
- Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data analysis.
