VINAStech is a reputable organization based in Mbarara seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join their team.
Job Summary: VINAStech, an IT firm, is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accountant to manage their financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. They will also be handling some operations using Tally Accounting Software
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and file tax returns
- Reconcile bank statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Other accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in using Tally accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
