Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos

Your Role
- Preparing financial statements for companies, trusts, Sole traders, partnerships and retirement funds
- Assisting in written technical accounting, commercial advice and business plans with detailed financial analysis and cash flow statements
- Experience managing payroll, accounts payable and receivable is desirable.
- Prepare pre-formatted Excel work papers and other tasks as assigned.
- The contract for the suitable candidates is ongoing.
- Mentoring will be provided to competent and successful candidates.
- Maintaining clients’ asset register, adjusting journals, bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
- Working on small Corporations, SMEs and Large and Complex Family Groups
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
- Ideally, CA qualified or progression with at least 3 years of experience in audit, tax and business services or accountant with the right skills and can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently within a reasonable timeframe.
- Proficient in using at least one accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite, including OneDrive and Microsoft Teams. Competent use of Microsoft Excel is compulsory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills
Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 / month.
