
CultivAid is an International non-for-profit organization, specializing in capacity building and knowledge and technology transfer initiatives with a focus on the agricultural and water sectors.
CultivAid’s Local internships program is creating a new force of skilled Israeli and local agronomists who work side by side and emphasize the need to be in the field. The 6-months internship program provides practical experience for young professionals and spreads their knowledge and capabilities.
The internship takes place in AITEC Dodoma, Dodoma, Tanzania
The farm’s aim is to demonstrate modern agricultural technologies, as being a central base of training facility.
6 MONTHS- FULLTIME POSITION, RELOCATION TO DODOMA
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Receive & Conduct professional training.
• Implementation of work plans and site activities.
• Collect & entry of agricultural data for data analysis and decision making.
• Learn to operate and maintain irrigation systems.
• Crop protection
• Extension services
REQUIREMENTS
• Fresh graduate with academic background in the field of Agriculture (TVET level 4 and above) – a must
• Fluency in Kiswahili
• English proficiency- Spoken and written.
• MS Office Skills
• Ability to perform physical activities as part of daily routine.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The six-month internship program provides practical experience for young agronomists in implementing, operating, and maintaining the agricultural practices and technologies being introduced.
