SINOPEC International Petroleum Service Co. (Uganda) Ltd is currently engaged in the construction of onshore facilities for the production, storage, and export of heavy and waxy crude oil through a Central Processing Facility (CPF), in partnership with McDermott, under the Tenga EPSCC project led by Total Energies E&P Uganda. Additionally, we are developing multiple Well Pads, associated flowlines, and pipeline systems.   1. Welding Lead Inspector (2)

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Petroleum Engineering or related fields.

• More than 6 years of experience in welding quality control and inspection in the oil and gas industry.

• Familiar with the CPF station project construction and management process, with rich welding quality control experience.

• Have strong welding technology and quality control capabilities.

• Proficient in nondestructive testing methods and relevant standards.

2. Air Compressor Operators (13)

Qualification

• College degree or above in mechanical engineering, equipment maintenance or related majors.

• At least 3 years of experience in air compressor operation and maintenance, with overseas project experience preferred.

• Familiar with the working principle, operation method, and maintenance points of various air compressors, and have some mechanical fault diagnosis and maintenance abilities.

Able to read equipment operation manuals, maintenance drawings, and other technical data; Skillfully use common maintenance tools and testing instruments.

3. Construction Head (17)

Qualification

Bachelor degree or above in petroleum engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or related fields.
Be familiar with all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Have in-depth knowledge of oil industry technical processes, such as drilling, completion, and production.

Understand and comply with industry safety standards and procedures, and be able to develop and implement safety management plans.

• Usually, more than 10 years of work experience in the oil or related industry is required, especially in construction and project management.

4. Control Lead (2)

Qualification

Bachelor degree or above in cost control, finance or other related majors.
At least 8 years of experience in project cost control or financial management, preferably in large – scale infrastructure or international engineering projects.

5. Cost Control Supervisor (2)

Qualification

Bachelor degree or above, with a preference for economic management, engineering cost, and other related majors.
Atleast 8 years of project cost control experience in the oil and gas industry.
Proficient in cost control theory and methods, and familiar with relevant domestic and foreign standards and specifications.

6. Crane Operators (64)

Qualification

College degree or above in construction engineering, instrument engineering, mechatronics, oil and gas storage and transportation engineering or related majors.
Over 6 years of crane operation experience in the oil and gas industry or similar engineering projects.
Familiar with the operation and maintenance of various lifting equipment, with rich site construction experience.

• Hold a valid special equipment operation certificate (crane) and relevant qualification certificates.

• Proficient in crane operation technology and safe operation procedures.

7. Deputy Admin Manager (3)

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above, with a preference for majors in administration, law, art and design, etc.

• 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with rich administrative experience.

8. Deputy Construction Manager (Equipment & Structure/Piping) (2)

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, construction engineering, economic management and other related majors.

• 8 years of equipment management experience in the petroleum industry or related fields.

• Familiar with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance processes.

• Have experience in large – scale petroleum project management, and be able to coordinate resources to ensure high – quality and on – time

9. Deputy H3SE Manager (2)

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above, with a preference for safety engineering, environmental engineering, petroleum engineering majors.

• Over 8 years of HSE management experience in the oil and gas industry.

• Familiar with domestic and foreign

H3SE laws, regulations, and industry standards.

10. Deputy QAQC Manager (2)

Qualification

Bachelor degree or above.
At least 8 years of working experience in quality management or quality control in the petroleum industry.
Familiar with quality management tools (such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, etc.) and related quality standards (such as SO 9001, etc.).

11. Deputy Technical Manager (2)

Qualification

A bachelor’s degree or above in petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, geological engineering, materials engineering or a related field.

More than 10 years of relevant work experience in the oil industry, especially in technology development and project management.
Experience in team management, capable of effectively leading and motivating technical teams.
Familiar with the project management process and have experience in successfully implementing large – scale projects.

12. Dispatcher (5)

Qualification

College degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics management, transportation, economic management, etc.
More than 8 years of experience in vehicle scheduling in the oil and gas industry or similar large – scale engineering projects is preferred.
Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office, WPS).

13. EIT Engineer (6)

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, instrument engineering, automation, oil and gas storage and transportation engineering, or related fields.

• More than 6 years of experience in electrical and instrument engineering in the oil and gas industry, with large – scale engineering project management experience preferred.

Familiar with electrical and instrument standards and technical specifications for the oil and gas industry, with extensive field management and coordination experience.

14. EIT Foreman (5)

Qualification

• College degree or above in electrical engineering, automation instrumentation or related fields.

• At least 8 years of working experience in ElT in the oil and gas industry.

• Proficient in electrical and instrumentation equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance technology. Familiar with relevant industry standards and specifications, such as IEC standards.

15. EIT leader (2)

Qualification

Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering, automation or related fields.

• Over 5 years of experience in electrical and instrument system design and construction in the oil & gas industry.

• Familiar with the electrical and instrument system management process and specifications for CPF station projects.

• Have strong electrical and instrument system design and construction management capabilities.

• Proficient in using electrical and instrument design and management software, such as AutoCAD.

16. Electrical Engineer (5)

Qualification

A bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Engineering, Thermal and Power Engineering, Chemical Machinery and other related fields.

Familiar with international safety standards and regulations (OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.). Have experience in the oil and gas industry, especially in electrical design, installation, maintenance, and testing.

Have some understanding of water supply and drainage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), process piping, etc.
Able to use CAD or other drawing software for design work.
Holding relevant qualifications or licenses is preferred.

17. Electrician Technician (254)

Qualification

College degree or above.
Over 8 years of electrical installation experience in the oil and gas industry or similar engineering projects.
Familiar with.the installation process and technology of various electrical and instrument equipment, with rich on – site construction experience. Hold a valid special operation certificate (such as an electrician certificate) and relevant qualification certificates.

18. Equipment Keeper (6)

Qualification

• College degree or above in

mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or related fields.

• At least 3 years of working experience, with over 1 year of overseas project experience preferred.

• Have rich experience in fleet management, especially in an international context.

• Familiar with the special requirements and challenges of the oil and gas industry.

19. Fire Cutter (39)

Qualification

College degree or above, with a preference for welding or metalworking

related majors. Usually, completion of vocational training courses or holding relevant vocational qualification certificates is required.

At least 3 years of experience in fire cutting, with overseas project experience preferred.*

• Familiar with fire cutting technology and related equipment operation.

Have good drawing – reading skills to understand complex engineering drawings.

• Understand relevant safety standards and operating procedures, and have a strong safety awareness.

20. Fitter (311)

Qualification

College degree or above.

• Over 8 years of installation experience in the oil and gas industry or similar projects. Familiar with the installation technology of various equipment, pipelines, and steel structures, with rich site construction experience. Also familiar with equipment and oil and gas pipeline installation technology and safe operation procedures.

21. Foreign Affairs Lead (1)

Qualification

A bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Participated in oil and gas exploitation refining, chemical industry project design, implementation, or optimization.

Atleast & years of administrative management experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry and with CPF project or similar large – scale engineering project experience.
Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures, international travel regulations, and camp management best practices.

22. Installation Teams Foreman (22)

Qualification

College degree or above in oil and gas storage and transportation, petroleum engineering, construction engineering and other related majors.
Substantial experience in installation project management in the oil and gas industry, with strong leadership, organization, and safety management capabilities. Familiar with CPF station installation processes and quality standards.

23. Insulator (63)

Qualification

College degree or above.
More than 5 years of insulation construction – related work experience, familiar with insulation material characteristics and construction technology.
Understand the basic construction and insulation requirements of equipment and piping systems, and have relevant safety knowledge.

24. Lifting Engineer & Specialist ( 2&1)

Qualification

A bachelor’s degree in a related-

field like engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering. Also require relevant safety and operational training certifications such as OSHA training.

At least 10 years of relevant work experience in lifting operations in the oil and gas industry or other heavy machinery operation areas.

Good communication skills to interact effectively with engineers, construction personnel, and management.

25. Maintenance Officer (13)

Qualification

College degree or above, preferably in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.
At least 3 years of working experience, with over 1 year of overseas project experience preferred.
Have rich vehicle maintenance experience and good technical skills.

26. Mechanical Lead Inspector & Leader (3&1)

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, mechanical manufacturing, or related fields.

8 years of relevant work experience, with mechanical equipment inspection or maintenance experience.

Familiar with the working principle and structure of mechanical equipment.

27. NDT Lead Coordinator (2)

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in materials engineering, petroleum engineering, etc.

More than 8 years of experience in oil and gas pipeline and station project construction management.

Proficiently master welding equipment, methods, and process principles.
Familiar with non – destructive testing processes like ultrasonic and radiographic testing, as well as result analysis.

28.Painting & Insulation Leader (1)

Qualification

A degree in materials science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

• Hold NACE certifications like CP or CIP, and other relevant quality or environmental management system certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO. 14001). Also hold relevant safety management and emergency response training certifications like HAZWOPER.

Many years of experience in anti-corrosion, material selection, and coating application in the oil and gas, chemical processing, or related industries, Usually, at least 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Ability to manage the entire anti – corrosion project life cycle, including budget, resource, and schedule management. Familiar with corrosion prevention techniques, can analyze corrosion data.

29. Painting & Insulation Team Foreman (7)

Qualification

College degree or above.
More than 5 years of experience in anti – corrosion and thermal insulation.
Familiar with anti – corrosion and insulation material characteristics and applications, and understand relevant construction processes and technical standards.

30.Painting & Insulation Engineer (2)

Qualification

• Bachelor degree or above in architecture, civil engineering, oil and gas engineering, etc.

Skilled in using engineering software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and data analysis tools.

Have experience in large – scale petroleum or chemical projects, including anti – corrosion and insulation work design, implementation, and monitoring.

31. Piping Engineer & Leader (12&3)

Qualification

A bachelor’s degree in oil and gas storage and transportation engineering, petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
6 years of experience in the oil or gas industry, especially in pipeline design, construction, and operations.
Experience in project management, including budget, time, and resource management.
Trained in safety management and emergency response, and familiar with relevant safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, API, etc.).

32.Process Engineer (6)

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 8 years of experience in process engineering in the oil and gas industry.
Familiar with oil and gas production processes, relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Proficient in data collection, analysis, and report writing.

33. Scaffolder (90)

Qualification

College degree or above.
More than 8 years of experience in scaffolding construction in the oil and gas industry or similar engineering projects. Familiar with various scaffolding structures and construction technologies, with rich site construction experience.

34. Senior CACC Engineer (5)

Qualification

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in engineering, quality management, material science, or related fields.
8 years of CA/QC – related work experience, with large – scale project quality management experience preferred.

Familiar with ISO 9001 and other quality management system

standards, master quality control tools and methods (such as FMEA, SPC, etc.).

35.Structure Leader (2)

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, materials engineering, or a related field.

Hold a relevant professional engineer license (e.g., PE, Registered

Engineer) or other industry certification (e.g., SPE, Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers).

• More than 5 years of experience in the oil, gas, or related industries with practical experience in metal structure design, construction, and maintenance.

36. Subcontract Operation Lead (8)

Qualification

Bachelor degree in petroleum engineering, Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of experience in subcontract management or project management in the oil and gas industry.

• Familiar with oil industry technology and business processes, and keep up with the latest industry trends.

Have strong communication and organizational skills for effective multi-team work.

37. Welder (120)

Qualification

College degree or above.
Over 5 years of welding experience in the oil and gas industry or similar engineering projects.
Familiar with diverse welding technologies and processes, with rich on – site construction experience.

38.Welding Inspector (2)

Qualification

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical or welding technology.
5 years of experience in welding inspection of large – scale petroleum engineering construction projects, with a good understanding of relevant industry standards and specifications.
Familiar with various welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, arc welding) and can identify their application scenarios.
Proficient in nondestructive testing
(NDT) technology, including ultrasonic, X – ray, and magnetic powder testing.

39. Welding Leader (1)

Qualification

A bachelors degree in a related field such as materials science or welding engineering.
More than 8 years of welding experience in the oil, gas, or related industries, with on – site construction and management experience. A technician or above – grade electric welder certificate is preferred.
Proficient in oil and gas industry welding engineering technical standards and specifications, including welding procedure formulation, process review, and quality assurance.
Skilled in using various nondestructive testing tools and techniques, with strong data analysis ability.
Familiar with various welding processes (e.g., GTAW, SMAW, GMAW) and understand the welding characteristics of different materials (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, alloys).

40. Subordinate Manager of Subcontract Management(2)

Qualification

Bachelor degree or above in engineering management, petroleum engineering, business administration, or other related majors.
At least 8 years of experience in subcontracting management of oil and gas industry construction projects.
Holding a national registered construction engineer certificate is preferred.
Have in – depth knowledge of contract management, be able to accurately interpret contract terms, and handle contract disputes.
Proficient in cost analysis methods, familiar with relevant laws and regulations, and ensure subcontracting work is legal and compliant.
