HEAD OF CREDIT
Job Description: 1.Establishing internal controls and processes for credit assessments, reviews, restructuring, monitoring and recovery. 2.Drive achievement of collection targets 3.Leading in partner relationship management, ensuring contract proposal, adherence and review and addressing any challenges on the same 4.Training and updating the Hospital teams on contractual requirements 5.Providing leadership to the credit team
Qualifications: Applicants must be in possession of a degree in a business-related course with professional qualification in accounting and credit management with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in a busy hospital environment. MEDICAL OFFICER IN CHARGE
Job Description: As the medical superintendent of the hospital, this position will lead the medical services function of the hospital ensuring availability and quality of medical services, control and supervision of the team and provide administrative leadership and guidance while ensuring medical services are delivered to the highest standards through planning, organizing and implementation of quality initiatives within the hospital in line with business objectives. In addition, this role will oversee diagnostics and pharmacy services and ensure delivery of quality and business objectives.
Qualifications: Applicants must be in possession of a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery (MbCHb) with more than 3 years post internship work experience. In addition, the successful candidates must have excellent medical practice skills, patient managements skills, training in quality management, high sense of business acumen and excellent skills in stakeholder management. Valid certification in BLS, ATLS,ACLS is required.

Job Description: This position is responsible for providing leadership in delivery of nursing services, achievement of professional standards and accountability in the hospital, oversee delivery of desired patient experience and safety, manage workforce planning and resource utilization and provide operational oversight in the auxillary services such a physiotherapy, nutrition, hotel services , medical records. In addition, this role is expected to drive achievement of IPSG goals and quality governance, and key business objectives.

Job Description: Reporting to the Medical Officer in Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Pharmacy department within the hospital unit to ensure availability of commodities as required. The job holder will superintend the branch pharmacy. In addition, he/she will ensure high quality and continuity of services rendered, stock control and excellent customer service.
Qualifications: Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology and must be enrolled with the Pharmacies and Poisons Board. The position requires active knowledge and experience in stock management, people management and customer service. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience.

Job Description: Reporting to the Medical Officer in Charge, this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the activities in Imaging Department while ensuring availability of the services and equipment, cost and stock control, and superior customer service. This position is responsible for delivery of quality and business objectives for the department.
Qualifications: Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma or Degree in Medical Imaging Sciences with a Higher National Diploma in Ultrasound. In addition, the applicant must have a valid license from the Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority. The position requires excellent diagnostic skills, customer service and people management. The successful candidate must have experience in a busy hospital environment with experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar position leading a team.

Qualifications: Applicants must be in possession of a Degree &/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences with valid licensing with KMLTTB. The position requires active knowledge of management of laboratory services, quality standards, HMIS and experience in people management and achievement customer service The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment with 1 to 3 years supervisory experience

Job Description: Reporting to the Hospital Matron, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising all activities in the department including stock management including inventory control and accountability, food production, menu setting and costing. In addition, this role is responsible for supervision of housekeeping, waste management and disposal, laundry services and control and will ensure delivery of services as per set quality standards including improvement of standards to meet the patient demands. This position will be required to achive the business objectives for the department.
Qualifications: Applicants must be in possession of a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent from a recognized institution. The position requires experience in managing and costing in food production, excellent customer service, inventory and people management.
