Sales Executive

This position is responsible for the overall growth, development, and customer retention for Starkey’s Corporate & Business Partners in the African territory.

The Sales Executive will oversee and manage the day-to-day activity and overall strategy of growing sales for all assigned Corporate and Business Partners.

This position is also responsible for managing communication of all assigned Corporate & Business Partner updates and information to the entire Sales Department.

Requirements:

Minimum Education, Certification & Experience Requirements

  • Business Degree required or equivalent work history.
  • 5 years of sales & marketing; 3 years in hearing aid industry experience.
  • Working Knowledge of market and business practices.
  • Ability to organize and execute a business plan.
  • Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational & interpersonal skills required.
  • Driving and air travel required.
