- Support Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline) from conception to execution, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
- Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging and relevant content for social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing insights to enhance marketing efforts.
- Brand Development: Support the marketing manager in strengthening the brand’s presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and tone.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, preparing reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
- Digital Marketing: Assist in managing digital marketing efforts, including social media management, SEO/SEM strategies, paid advertisements, and email marketing.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to maximize exposure and generate leads.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Assist in tracking marketing budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in a marketing role, with proven experience in campaign management and digital marketing.
- Experience in a leadership role for at least 2 years
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
