
Responsible for preparation of Quotations, Tenders & Proposals in compliance with the client’s requirement/Technical specification.
Job Responsibilities
- Excellent proposal handling skills in relation to quotations for all customers
- Conversions of quotations to LPOs
- Ensure timeliness in submission of pre-qualifications, tenders and request for quotations
- LPO Processing
- Lead generation
- Sales follow-up
Skills and knowledge
- Experience in sales environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Business management skills.
- Great document handling skills – proposal preparation, formatting & tender compilation.
- The ability to sell products and services.
- Persistence and determination
- Understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, BBIT or similar preferred.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e email, word, presentation, spreadsheet, etc).
