Imara Hospital is a multi-specialty healthcare facility founded in 2015 and managed by doctors, focused on providing holistic care to its clients.

We wish to fill in the above vacancies at our Business Development Department. Details of the position are as follows:–

JOB SUMMARY

To ensure Imara Hospital provides a great customer experience both physically & on digital platforms through establishing & maintaining the primary link between the organization, its staff and the clients Imara serve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to queries from clients. intermediaries, and service providers by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, and verifying information
  • Drive progress towards the goal to reduce operational costs and increase the total number of customers via retention by answering calls in a professional and informative manner.
  • Ensure the social media and web platforms are kept up to date with accurate information.
  • Ensuring clients are given the correct information on time.
  • Ensure accurate patient bookings with the relevant specialist, so that patients attend the right clinic at the right time & the specialist is available to serve them.
  • Ensure good client service phone etiquette is always maintained.
  • Perform external marketing under the guidance of the Business Development Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Front office. Communications or any related field from recognized institution.
  • Fluent in English and Kiswahili languages
  • Experience in customer service, front office or client experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminologies and hospital procedures is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in computer applications
