Quality Officer

The focus of this role is to define, promote and integrate quality in every aspect of our business. It includes supporting specific areas of the quality management system and making sure that we are up to date and adhere to the quality systems in our industry; including ISO

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing QMS processes to meet customer expectations and ISO 9001 requirements
  • Support the site QMS including routine system maintenance and issue of documentation for change controls.
  • Compile certification documents for compliance with quality standards in our industry
  • Constructing and executing quality assurance protocols
  • Surveying and gauging the quality of products
  • Assuring that products abide by customer specifications and industry standards
  • Liaising with project managers and other team members to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Providing education, guidance and support to team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Quality Management, Business Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Management
  • Strong knowledge of general engineering, solar and green energy industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
