Role Description
We are looking for reliable and skilled individuals to join the HalalBite by ChefJam team as On-Demand Culinary Assistants. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food and are looking for flexible, part-time work in the culinary field. You will be contacted for jobs based on availability and skill fit, assisting with various tasks including food preparation, kitchen management, serving, and customer service during events or busy periods. Qualifications
- Food Preparation and Food Service skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in food & beverage standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food preparation is a plus
- Previous experience in a culinary role is beneficial
- Provide excellent customer service during events
- Help with setup and cleanup at catering events or pop-ups
- Assist with deliveries when necessary
