JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketer to drive our online marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence in a competitive digital landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and analytical expertise to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that generate measurable results.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase website traffic, and drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance through metrics and KPIs, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
  • SEO & SEM Expertise: Implement and manage effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and develop PPC campaigns to maximize return on investment.
  • Social Media Management: Lead the social media strategy, creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance to enhance community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, utilizing segmentation and A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand integrity.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact and efficiency.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of driving successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media platforms).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing or related areas are a plus
