Nilezilla is a private limited company registered and incorporated in Uganda. The company has established a mango processing facility in the West Nile district of Yumbe which processes and packages the local Kagogwa mangos into Pulp. The company wants to engage the services of the following skilled people.
Quality Assurance Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field from a recognized Institution
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety in the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety regulations, National & international standards.
Laboratory Technician
• Diploma in Laboratory Technology/Food processing technology
• At least 3 years of experience in a Food Laboratory setting both in chemical and microbiology.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and national & International standards
Mechanical Technician
- Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing
Engineering. - At least 3 years factory machine maintenance experience from a food/fruits processing/FMCG factor.
- Experience in maintenance and operation of steam boilers in a busy manufacturing environment is an added advantage
Process/Plant Operator – 2 Positions
• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Processing Technology
• At least 3 years of experience from Food/Fruits Processing or in any FMCG Factory.
• In depth understanding of Basic Engineering Procedures and Principles.
Forklift & Skid Steer Loader Operator – 2 positions
• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE)
• MUST possess a Valid Class F Permit
• At least s years Experience in industrial equipment operation & maintenance
• MUST be able to drive other Vehicles like Heavy duty trucks
