Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Marketer at METROCOSMO LIMITED in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Real Estate Marketer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, creating marketing materials, coordinating property sales and letting, and assisting in property dispute resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline/field
- Proven experience in a similar position preferably in a Realestate environment will be an added advantage
- Demonstrable grasp of the Real Estate industry and Property Market
Solution-oriented with ability to build relationships across a cross-disciplinary team comprised of diverse personalities, skill sets, and levels of experience - Experience in gital marketting will be an added advantage
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word. - Good command of English language
