- Ensure timely investigation of suspense account exceptions as required.
- Manage record keeping and ensure adherence to the set standards.
- Review refunds and reversals received on VISA/Master Card reports against system data and credit customers once justified.
- Checking of all manual reversals and adjustments to card holders and ensure accuracy and correctness of reversals done.
- Management of Card GLs and Control revenue leakages.
- To take part in routine operations and management activities, as well as assisting the implementation and execution of management strategy.
- Ensure appropriate Internal banking and Card/ATM operations controls are observed
- Handling queries related to card operations from all stakeholders.
- Timely submission of returns to relevant stakeholders.
