Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager at Banksome Global Realtors, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients and partners, and developing innovative strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Job Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Analyse market data to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Business Strategy Development
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize key markets and segments for business development efforts.
• Collaborate with senior management to define long-term business development strategies.

Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer experience and drive retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Partnership Development:
• Identify potential partners, including real estate agencies, developers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to drive mutual business growth and success.
• Manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Sales and Revenue Generation
• Drive sales efforts by actively prospecting new clients and closing deals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Marketing and Promotions
• Develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in marketing events, conferences, and industry exhibitions to promote company services.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media and online advertising, to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of business development efforts.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field, preferably in the realtor sector.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a realtor marketing/sales, offline and online/digital marketing and business development manager.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry (Realtor) trends.
• Evidence of Leading & delivering results.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and strong delivery focus.
• Excellent communication, decision making and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and Strong mind-set for continuous.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies.
