Food & Beverage Controller

We are seeking a FOOD & BEVERAGE CONTROLLER to manage inventory, control costs and maintain efficient operations in our f&b outlets

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing key reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and control wastage, pilferage, and operational efficiency across all F&B outlets.
  2. Prepare and analyze food and beverage cost variances, reporting
  3. Maintain accurate records, receipts, and audit POS transactions to ensure proper system functionality.
  4. Conduct stock audits and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
    Collaborate with restaurant management and finance to resolve F&B related issues and ensure proper material requisition procedures are followed.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience in F&B cost control or similar roles.
  • Experience with inventory management and reporting.

Education:

Bachelor of Commerce or Similar or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting or similar major

Experience:

At least 3 years experience in the same role with an up-scale (4/5 Star) hospitality environment.
