Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative at Soroi Collection in Nairobi, Kenya.
The representative will be responsible for building trade relations with the inbound tour operators and travel agents:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data
- Support sales team with lead generation and customer follow-up
- Coordinate marketing events
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing department
Qualifications
- Proven min. 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local tourism market and industry trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva)
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
