Speedaf Logistics Kenya Limited is a leading logistics company, delivering innovative solutions to clients across the region. We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee tax planning and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Develop and implement financial controls and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Support internal and external audits as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- СРА (K) certification or equivalent is required
- At least 6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the logistics or related industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
