Thousands of merchandisers, pre sellers (order bookers), van sellers, motorbike sales representatives, trade marketing executives, foot soldiers, sales supervisors, drivers, sales managers and top management across eight countries in Africa use Solutech  SAT (Sales Automation Tool) for merchandising, ordering, selling and delivery of products to provide sales efficiency for manufacturers and distributors.

 

Job Description


  1. Monthly check-ins with the clients to check progress and ensure they are

satisfied.

  1. Build trust and act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as

appropriate.

  1. Collaborating with the internal teams to address client needs.

  2. Setting up new clients and delivering system training

  3. Ensuring client requests are handled timely and accurately.

  4. Maintain an up-to-date SOP document for every account.

  5. Responding to any emails sent by the client

  6. As an account manager, they are the primary connection between the company

and the client

Requirements

  1. 2+ Years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the tech industry

  2. 3+ Years of experience in Customer Service Management, preferably in a Call Center.

  3. At least a degree in Education, Business, Customer Service or any related field.

  4. Experience in working with Customer Service management software tools.

  5. Deep understanding of Service Level Agreements.

  6. Good leadership, organizational, interpersonal and planning skills.

  7. Must be able to collaborate in teams.

  8. Good troubleshooting, technical and multi-tasking skills.

  9. Must have good listening and communication skills both written and oral (Proficiency in English and Swahili)

  10. Must have confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations.

  11. Must have good time management skills.
