Responsibilities
- Develop annual product plans and road map for value added services.
- Develop annual KPIs and balance score card objectives regarding revenue achievement according to the business plan.
- Contribute to the overall segment strategies and annual marketing plan.
- Revenue planning for the Group Top 5 products.
- Product Lifecycle management and resource management.
- Conduct regular marketing intelligence efforts on value added service products and make recommendations to business.
- Identify potential new product development opportunities for value added service.
- Support the marketing team in preparing proposals for new and modified products.
- Ensure availability product manuals and product descriptions for all products.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Revenue planning and management.
- Optimize customer acquisition, drive sustainable usage, and improve retention through strategic product innovation and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Statistics or any related degree.
- Post-graduate qualification (e.g. CIM), an MBA would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing position, with a focus on product development.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ management experience.
- Experience of Telecommunications Industry or FMCG marketing environment.
- Able to operate in a performance driven organization.
- Affinity with and technical knowledge of the latest technologies and services used within the industry and affiliated industries.
