1. Senior Credit Officer/Credit Manager
As the Senior Credit Officer, you’ll report directly to the MD and ensure every credit transaction aligns with company policies. You’ll review and manage credit applications, approve or decline them as per guidelines, and work closely with the CEO on declined applications. Your role will also involve developing strategies to increase business, hitting disbursement and collection targets, and keeping a close eye on payment patterns to prevent indebtedness. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company policies for all transactions. Review and manage credit applications, including communication with sales and customers. Approve or decline applications and develop plans to boost business. Meet collection and disbursement targets and manage the credit team’s productivity.

2. Credit Officer

3. Senior Accountant
Here’s your chance to be the financial mastermind behind our operations. You’ll capture every detail in QuickBooks—from payroll and admin costs to investor transactions. You’ll review disbursements, reconcile loan repayments, manage cash flow, and offer strategic advice on tax planning.
Your role? Ensuring our financial health is as strong as our mission. If you can balance books while steering strategy, we want you leading our financial narrative. Key Responsibilities: Capturing all financial transactions, from loan disbursements to payroll, in QuickBooks. Managing annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Offering strategic advice on tax planning and financial risks. Preparing monthly financial statements and maintaining investor accounts.
