Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with payroll and expense management
- Help prepare financial reports and support audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Perform general administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
