ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with payroll and expense management
  • Help prepare financial reports and support audits
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Perform general administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
