The Supervisor E-Bankings will report to Manager E-Banking &
will be responsible for the growth of the Bank’s Electronic
Channels Platform by supporting the development and
enhancement of the Bank’s e-banking products and services
including the day-to-day cards operations.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Identify potential new e-banking businesses and develop them
into revenue generating opportunities for the Bank.
• Develop and implement strategies for the effective operation
of the e-banking unit.
• Consistently research, monitor and implement strategies to
ensure growth in market share of the Bank’s e-banking
products and services.
• Monitor and ensure effective control and mitigation of risks
associated with e-banking operations.
• Ensure innovation and work to improve the Bank’s e-banking
channels, including evaluating product opportunities on the
Bank’s technology platform.
• Improve service quality results by studying, evaluating, re-
designing processes and implementing change.
• Supervise the rollout of the E Banking channel platform for
the bank and monitor and evaluate all related activities
thereafter.
• Responsible for the promotion and sale of all e-banking
products to Bank customers.
Required Experience for Job Position above:
• A Business degree in finance, Commerce, Business
Administration, Economics, Statistics, management or any
relevant field.
• Relevant Practical training in business growth in the
financial services sector.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Banking or similar
environment.
Person Specifications for job position above:
• Must have critical thinking, analytical, attention to detail and
problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced computer literacy, numerical skills and statistical
skills.
• Team player, ability to work under pressure and in position to
exercise excellent judgment.
