The Manager Distribution will report to Head Business and will
be held accountable for the efficient operation of the Banks’
business delivery channels (both physical and electronic),
monitoring customer service standards across all channels and
ensuring efficient transaction processing to position the bank as
the market leader in the Retail segment.
Specific Responsibilities include: –
• Align the branch network with the business strategy to
consolidate the brand and deliver improved customer
experience and sales across all delivery channels.
• Sustain and build client relationships by maintaining ongoing
communication and negotiation (pricing, financing structure)
sessions with clients to deliver both quality and tailored service
offerings.
• Analyze the performance of Branches against budget and past
figures and take necessary actions.
• Assess market conditions/intelligence information, define,
recommend, implement, and monitor business strategy to gain
and sustain the bank’s competitive edge and results.
• Accountable for compliance of delivery channels with internal
operating policies and procedures as well as external regulatory
guidelines
• Provide leadership by ensuring resource allocation, training
and development, performance management for the branch
teams.
• Responsible for risk management across different portfolios
of products and customer segments with regular reporting on
performance.
• Exploit the opportunities of Branch customers by developing
new segments, developing new sources of revenue and
maximizing revenue the growth from existing customer base.
Required Experience for Job Position above:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or
other related fields
• CPA /ACCA.
• 6 years’ experience in Banking with 3 years in a supervisory
role.

• Must be result driven, critical thinking, analytical, attention to
detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities, successfully resolve
complex matters, easily understand processes/workflows,
identify risks, and effectively tailor their communication
(written/verbal) to their audience in a clear and concise
manner.
• Should have good understanding of Branch Banking systems,
process, and business including E banking.
• Digital Competence: ability to guide process automation
and/or to adapt to digital processes.
