About the job.

The Growth Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various international markets where the Kenyan diaspora is domiciled. This role combines data-driven marketing tactics to organically drive sales numbers. Additionally, the role includes managing and coordinating international events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement on a global scale. The role also involves data and performance management through the CRM system.

Job Description/Requirements.

  • Research Kenyan diaspora communities and understand their investment preferences, buying behaviour, and communication channels.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to engage diaspora audiences interested in luxury real estate investments, leveraging digital, social, and community-based channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to tailor messaging, content, and outreach strategies to resonate with diaspora segments.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives targeting diaspora communities, optimising campaigns based on insights to maximise ROI.
  • Build relationships with diaspora influencers, organisations, and community leaders to amplify marketing efforts and drive engagement and referrals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team on how to better serve diaspora audiences and enhance their experience as luxury real estate investors.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and messaging are culturally sensitive, relevant, and tailored to the unique needs and preferences of diaspora communities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
  • Knowledge of diaspora communities and investment trends in luxury real estate.
  • Experience 5+yrs in multicultural marketing or working with diverse communities, preferably in the context of luxury brands or real estate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with diaspora audiences.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies to reach and resonate with diaspora communities.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimise marketing initiatives for maximum ROI.
  • Adept in organising international events & travel logistics.
