As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a proven track record in marketing leadership, preferably within the healthcare or telehealth industry. Major responsibilities for this role will be:
• Develop Strategies: Collaborate with the Regional Lead to create marketing strategies that align with HealthX Africa’s goals.
• Manage Brand: Maintain and enhance HealthX Africa’s brand image consistently across all channels.
• Research Market: Identify trends and customer preferences to improve marketing strategies.
• Manage Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, adjusting as needed.
• Create Content: Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms.
• Generate Leads: Develop strategies to generate leads and align marketing with sales goals.
• Develop Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships to expand reach and enhance visibility.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulations and ethical standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or telehealth industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach.
