Job Description
As the Principal of AMS Schools, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of AMS Secondary School, AMS Primary School, and AMS Pre-Primary School.
Your role includes:
- Overseeing academic programs and ensuring they meet high standards of excellence.
- Managing school budgets and financial planning.
- Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating staff.
- Implementing policies and procedures to enhance school operations.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Engaging with parents, the community, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in educational administration, including experience as a school headmaster or principal.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multiple schools or educational programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
- A valid teaching license or certification

General Job Description
As a Headmaster, you will be responsible for the overall management of the respective school, ensuring that we achieve our vision and mission.
Your role will include managing staff, overseeing budgets, enhancing school operations, and fostering a positive learning environment
Qualifications
- Secondary School Headmaster: A master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field is preferred. A bachelor’s degree with relevant experience will be considered.
- Primary School Headmaster: Minimum degree in primary education.
- Pre-Primary School Headmaster: A Diploma in Education (Primary program) or its equivalent, typically with a Grade Ill teacher certificate.
Experience
- Secondary School Headmaster: Several years of teaching experience, preterably in a leadership role. Prior administrative experience as a vice principal, deputy head, or other roles.
Demonstrated management skills.
- Primary School Headmaster: At least 5 years as a headmaster or deputy headmaster in a reputable private school.
- Pre-Primary School Headmaster: At least two years of teaching experience as a grade !!! teacher. Prior experience as a teacher with familiarity in pre-primary education.

Job Descriptions
- Secondary School Teachers: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, assess and monitor student progress, foster a positive classroom environment, and participate in school activities.
- Primary School Teachers: Create and implement lesson plans, evaluate student performance, cultivate a supportive learning atmosphere, and engage in extracurricular activities.
- Pre-Primary School Teachers: Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans, monitor developmental progress, create a sate classroom environment, and communicate with parents.
Qualifications
