Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Reporting Line: Chief Executive Officer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Act as a key resource to the CEO, helping to execute strategic priorities and to drive high-level projects.
- Schedule & Calendar Management: Manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring optimal time allocation across meetings, engagements, and priorities.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare for meetings, including creating agenda, taking notes, and ensuring follow-up actions are documented and executed.
- Event & Travel Coordination: Plan and organize travel, accommodation, and itineraries to facilitate seamless logistics for the CEO.
- Personal Assistance: Recruit and manage the CEO’s personal assistant and other personal staff to ensure all domestic matters are taken care of.
- Communication Management: Draft, review, and filter correspondences, concept documents and briefs, ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts, managing relationships with discretion and professionalism.
- Project Management: Oversee and track key initiatives, ensuring they are progressing in line with business objectives.
Experience and Qualifications
- A University Degree or equivalent certification.
- 10+ years of experience in a related role.
- Proven track record of working with CEOs or Executives.
- Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Global exposure.
