Requirements
Education / Qualification:

Experience:

Job Title: Cash Officer

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- ATM cash loading/Reconciliation
- Optimizing of Cash in vault
- Supervising/Coordination of Cash sorting related activities
- Ensure proper maintenance of Various Records/Registers
- Supervising all tellering activities
- Ensure effective and timely service delivery to customers at all customer service unit.
- Ensure efficient Turn Around Time (TAT)in line with service level agreements.
- Ensure timely and error free processing of transactions.
- Ensure timely execution of end-of-day procedures including reports.
- Ensure Zero Fraud Tolerance and Regulatory Infraction
- Serve as back up to the Head, Cash Management and Branch Operations

Job Title: Trade Finance Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- The Trade Finance Officer is responsible for the execution of the Bank’s trade transactions.
- The Officer will deliver an efficient, effective, comprehensible, and reliable solution for every stage of a customer’s trade value chain to support their local and international activities.
- The officer will also provide the necessary support required to perform the remittance activities in the Bank and liaise with money transfer operators on behalf of the Bank.
Responsibilities
- Form M initiation and approval
- Establishment, amendment, and payment of Letters of credit, SBLCs and Guarantees
- Initiation of Bills for Collection transactions
- Liaising with CBN for operational issues resolution
- Processing of export transactions
- Treasury product settlement and reconciliation
- Reconciliation of accounts (Nostro, Settlement, transit etc.)
- Confirmation and acceptance of transactions on appropriate applications
- First level Processmaker Approval for Trade related transactions
- FX inflow and outflow processing
- Manage relationship with Webfontainne on the CBN portal
- Processing and collection of custom duty revenue
- Correspondent Bank account management
- First level invisibles payment approval
- First level Bills for collection approval
- Treasury operations settlement
- Review, receipt, release, and processing of shipping documents & Pre-Arrival Assessment Report
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Good knowledge of the CBN FX manual on all international settlement transactions
- Good knowledge of relevant manuals, regulations, publications, circulars, and guidelines on Treasury Products
- Minimum experience – 3 years relevant banking experience.
- Confidence and proficiency in commercial banking operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
