Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced accountofficer to assist in managing the company’s finances, to also record and analyze financial data.
- Record financial data, analyze this data, and prepare regular reports
- Ensure each operational facility has accurate financial data
- Lead the company’s relationship with banks and other financial houses
- Analyze financial data using ERP or Quickbooks and other accounting software
- Relate with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Regular bookkeeping to ensure accounting is accurate and up-to-date
- Work with the management team in approving company expenses
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
Requirements
- First Degree in Accounting, Banking and finance, Economics, or a similar financial field
- Proven work experience in accounting or finance
- Should reside near Eliozu
- Should be willing to work mondays to Saturday with one day off in a month
- Should be agile, smart, and deeply analytical.
- Ready to resume in a few days.
- Advanced use of accounting software like ERP or Quickbooks
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Very detailed and not easily distracted
