The Role
- We’re currently looking for a motivated Marketing Managerto help us expand our reach and grow our customer base.
- As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- You’ll manage a talented team, collaborate across departments, and play a key role in shaping our marketing voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social media, etc.)
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Monitor campaign performance and present data-driven insights
- Support product launches and promotional events
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategy
- Lead and mentor a growing marketing team
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and messaging
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
- A creative mind with an eye for design and storytelling
- Proven experience (3–5+ years) in marketing or a similar role
- Strong leadership and project management skills
