Job Title: Warehouse and Logistics Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
- Responsible for introducing new and reliable transporter to the company.
- Ensure availability and allocation of vehicles and trucks for local and upcountry dispatchment.
- Monitor loading at various warehouses.
- Help in fast tracking of way billing of loaded vehicles.
- Ensure documentation and raising of payment vouchers.
- Responsible for negotiation and re-negotiation of the price of local transporter.
- Coordinate with vehicle and truck tracking system team.
- Coordinate on vehicle requirement for LRDC and CDC team.
- Monitor in-transit truck on daily basis and report to DC Manager incase if any abnormality or missing truck during transit.
- Deploy available vehicles and trucks for local pickup from the respective principal locations.
- Create reports for management on logistics status.
- Make route planning for Lagos Mainland and Island.
- Prepare incentive program for vehicle and truck drivers.
- Ensure driver availability for our own FMCL trucks.
- Ensure higher TAT (Truck Turnaround Time).
- Maintain transport agreement and follow-up with DC Manager for renewal.
- Verify all transport documents during transport registration process.
