Job Title: Growth Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- The Growth Analyst will be responsible for supporting and improving the operations, engagement, and strategic initiatives of the Cowrywise Campus Ambassadors program.
- This includes managing ambassadors recruitment, overseeing skill-based teams, coordinating virtual and physical events, tracking program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and most importantly- being able to innovate, think outside the box, and introduce ambitious initiatives geared towards the goal of the community.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about building thriving communities.
- You should have experience in community management, program coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
An ideal candidate will bring
- 2+ years of experience in community management, program coordination, or related roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing program impact and reporting.
- Passion for financial literacy, student empowerment, and career development.
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Email marketing software, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and other project management software is a plus.
- Experience in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and ambassador program management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 per month.
