Job Summary
- As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to bank customers
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer issues
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Promote our products and services
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services
- Excellent customer service skills
