Key Responsibilities
Your duties and responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage and update company websites and social media platforms to ensure consistent and engaging content.
- Analyze web traffic metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights to improve performance and achieve marketing goals.
- Design and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Provide basic computer troubleshooting and IT support to staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Create engaging and compelling content for online promotion, including copywriting for blogs, social media, and newsletters.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent branding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT and digital marketing.
AI Integration:
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance digital marketing strategies and IT operations.
- Implement AI-driven analytics to provide insights and improve decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and incorporate relevant advancements into the company’s practices.
Graphics Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and the company website.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.
- Deep understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including network administration, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced skills in digital marketing tools, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various audiences.
- Strong creative skills, with experience in graphic design and video editing being a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines consistently.
- A Diploma or Degree in IT, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in digital marketing and IT.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
