
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism or Leisure and Recreation/ related Degree/Diploma with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star Resort.
COMPETENCIES
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Ability to MC
- Team building Trainer
- Ability to organize events
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Excellent computer skills (MS word, Excel and outlook)
- A foreign language will be added advantage
