
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Executive to join our growing team at PayWay Uganda. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting insightful market research, establishing effective marketing strategies, and continuously evaluating and improving campaign outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes for marketing campaigns.
- Research and develop marketing strategies, evaluate their success, and adjust accordingly.
- Develop engaging content for marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends and leverage them effectively.
- Effectively maximize marketing budget ROI.
- Define and strengthen PayWay’s brand identity in the marketplace.
- Develop incentive programs and communication strategies to retain and motivate PayWay’s retailer network, while actively promoting adoption and engagement with the PayWay Mobile Wallet.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Build strategic partnerships with service providers to enhance market reach.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, brand management, or customer engagement.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creativity skills.
- Proven ability to focus on customer needs and take initiative.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
