About Us:

VMX Fitness, located on the third floor of Village Market, is a premium fitness facility offering a dynamic, 24-hour fitness experience. Spanning over 35,000 square feet, we house a diverse array of sporting disciplines and wellness spaces, including our Strength Zone, CrossFit Arena, Velocity Spin Studio, and a rooftop pool. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to ensure our members receive exceptional service in our high-end facility.

Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Coordinator at VMX Fitness, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, helping create a welcoming and professional environment. You will manage check-ins, process payments, and handle member inquiries while maintaining the high standards of service that VMX Fitness is known for. Your attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will be crucial in supporting our world-class facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience at VMX Fitness.

Manage check-ins and ensure member information is accurate in our system.

Process payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and payment records.

Maintain the front desk area in an organized, clean, and welcoming manner.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues.

Manage membership renewals, cancellations, and inquiries with attention to detail.

Coordinate service bookings, appointments, and member requests.

Collaborate with the management team to support smooth operations across the gym’s various zones.

Assist with organizing and executing gym events and promotions.

Monitor and maintain front desk supplies and gym amenities.

Support other administrative tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

Experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a high-end setting.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficient in gym management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Previous experience in the fitness or hospitality industry is a plus.

A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
