OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

CPA 1-2 qualification is an added advantage.

Proven experience in office administration and facilities management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

Confidentiality and integrity in handling company information.

Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate across departments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.

Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Decision-making ability with a structured approach to problem resolution.

Data-driven approach with experience in report preparation.

Team leader and management skills

Minimum working experience of 3 years
