Job Summary
- As a Talent & Development and Deployment Partner, you’ll advise, guide, facilitate and deploy a wide range of world class Talent & Development products and tools.
- You’ll support in all matters related to the function of Talent and Development.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this role would include, but not limited to:
- Coordinate the smooth deployment of the relevant trainings.
- Engage in Governance calls on a weekly basis to share relevant T&DD updates.
- Update and drive of the yearly HR wheel within your scope.
- Coordinate and share T&D Dashboard analytics specific to your scope.
- Coordinate specific agreed T&D Initiatives within your scope..
- Be the single point of contact between the T&D Deployment Team and onsite teams within your scope.
- These highly transformative and cutting-edge products and tools include: the yearly HR Cycle, Learning & Development, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, and other similar programs which together support our mission of delivering a great employee experience.
