Job Summary

  • As a Talent & Development and Deployment Partner, you’ll advise, guide, facilitate and deploy a wide range of world class Talent & Development products and tools.
  • You’ll support in all matters related to the function of Talent and Development.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this role would include, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate the smooth deployment of the relevant trainings.
  • Engage in Governance calls  on a weekly basis to share relevant T&DD updates.
  • Update and drive of the yearly HR wheel within your scope.
  • Coordinate and share T&D Dashboard analytics specific to your scope.
  • Coordinate specific agreed T&D Initiatives within your scope..
  • Be the single point of contact between the T&D Deployment Team and onsite teams within your scope.
  • These highly transformative and cutting-edge products and tools include: the yearly HR Cycle, Learning & Development, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, and other similar programs which together support our mission of delivering a great employee experience.

  • Clarity & Agility by training and communicating material related to Talent & Development in an agile way supporting employees and business needs.

What we are looking for

  • Vast and contemporary experience within Talent & Development Management, Learning, Performance Management, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, or any other related areas.
  • Passion, curiosity and application around talent and development
  • Facilitation skills
