Digital Marketing Associate

Reporting to the Admissions Officer, the position holder will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and producing high-quality videos, reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and animated content.
  • Photography and Videography: Capture engaging visual content for events, campaigns, and social media use.
  • Developing fresh, innovative ideas for digital campaigns targeting students and young audiences.
  • Working closely with the Digital Marketing & PR Office to align content with department goals.
  • Regularly interacting with student-led activities, including clubs, societies, sports teams, and campus events.
  • Assisting in planning, scheduling, and managing content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Leading generation from online inquiries.
  • Monitoring engagement, analysing performance metrics, and suggesting improvements for social media strategies.
  • Staying updated with trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.

  • Bachelor�s degree in Media studies or a related area from an accredited or recognised institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing including creating digital content (videos, reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, etc)  and animated content.
  • Proven experience in videography, and photography is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for student engagement.
